The Refine City Prep Athlete Hub (the "App") is a private tool provided by Refine City Prep ("RCP") for enrolled student-athletes, their parents/guardians, and staff. By using the App you agree to these Terms.
Accounts are provided to enrolled athletes and their parents/guardians. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Notify RCP promptly of any unauthorized use.
Use the App only for its intended purpose — managing participation in RCP programs. Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to access other users' data, or disrupt the service.
You retain ownership of the information and files (including game film) you upload. You grant RCP permission to use that content to run the program, including coaching, analysis, and player development. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
Video uploaded through the App is stored in Google Drive using a limited-access permission. Your use of Google is also subject to Google's terms. See our Privacy Policy for details on how Google data is handled.
The App is provided "as is," and RCP may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
